selfesteemroller Killer, as always. The set list I’d hoped to see live, in almost perfect order. An excellent bookend for a band I think hardcore fans will eventually recognize as one of the greats. Sad to see them go, but excited to see Stress Positions. Favorite track: Repeat Offenders.

Recorded by Bryce Prewitt at WHPK 88.5 FM Chicago, the pride of the south side, as part of an on air broadcast for the Powered by Garbage program heard Tuesdays 9 PM.

C.H.E.W. would play its last public performance one month later. The band thanks anyone who came to our shows, bought a record, wore a shirt, played with us, shared a van/gear/living room/$40 motel room with us, recorded us, fed us, took us to swim somewhere, provided lodging, provided good drip coffee where none else could be found, fixed our vehicles, booked our shows, or just plain came out of mosh retirement because you heard some badass riffs. C.H.E.W. stands for ceasing hegemonic ethnonational whiteness.
